Review won't "go" if I have a "tip"

This is the second time this happened to me. I did a review (Circle Creek RV Park in Oregon). I added a "tip." Review wouldn't "go." So, I removed the "tip" and put it in the ":Review" section and review "went." There was one previous review where I had a "tip" and no problem. There was also a previous review where I had to move the "tip" into the "review" section to get it to "go."

 

This is the first time we have heard about this problem. Thanks for reporting it.
