The Park Service "gets it" about the importance of wifi

    Local tv/internet company. 200 x 20 Mbps. 4 Gateways. We installed the system ourselves 5 years ago. Uptime 99.99% running in Fla. I can access the park wifi system to view and determine any problems and in many cases fix them anyplace I have internet. Now I am in Red Bay, and I can see my Fla system anytime I log on.

    I think you are mistaken here. The only reason they don't seem like a good comparison here to you is because parks are able to build their electrical infrastructure to support the demand...and get the requisite power from their provider. The point being that they are not able to do the same for Internet service.
