Cripple Creek is such a fun town! Lots of casinos but there is so much history to explore- museums, a train, gold mine tours, and the best thing- about a dozen donkeys have free roam of the streets and LOVE apples and carrots! About 45 minutes from Colorado Springs. Check out the town of Victor 4 miles away-so much gold mining history!...
