The park is built on top of a cave system. Due to flooding, the cave is closed indefinitely. Lake Michigan is only about 25 miles away. There is a sand dune park and beaches on the lake.Elkhart, Indiana is only about 45 miles away. You can go to the RV/MH Hall of Fame or take RV factory tours. There is a big flea market in Shipshewana, Indiana....

Cute little campground. Friendly staff, well-kept swimming pool. Cave is closed. Was told they do not plan on opening it again. We camped at Thousand Trails Bear Cave in a Motorhome.
