We were here for three days and we golfed at the course inside the park. You are not really close to anything that does not entail quite a bit of driving, but that's what I liked about it....

I enjoy walking a loop around the lake. You can choose a lakeside trail or a ridge trail to go around the west side of the lake, and then complete the loop on the campground road. The loop is a little less than two miles....
