“Hidden Gem!”

This is one of my favorite parks we have stayed in. This is nestled in the hills of Vermont near NY border. Absolutely perfect location for fall foliage trip! We had a pull thru site which was plenty...

Tip for Other Campers:
Dorset Inn Restaurant is great. Great area for fall foliage trips....
“Nice Quiet Place - Lots of Trees”
Nightly Rate: $51 USD
This is a nice little campground close to both Dorset and Manchester, VT. Our 36 fifth wheel fit comfortably on our site. The cul de sac exit from the site was tight but doable with caution. Road...

Manchester has outlets, restaurants and more. Dorset is a beautiful old village worthy of a walk. Great restaurants abound. Everything is close. You must go with your dog to the H.N. Williams General Store, its just a mile up the road. The oldest/first granite quarry in the USA is also just up the road. Wonderful place to walk your pets in and outside of...
Tips from campers about Dorset RV Park
- TomLeach67 Be careful coming up the hill. Last time I came in a truck pulling a trailer and the road was really rough.. they have worked on it though and this time was in a class A pulling a trailer and we did just fine..5 months ago Twin Hollow Campground and Cabins
- JLThompson Road (driveway?) from main road in town to the campground is about 1.3 miles - with a grade of 6%-10%, some of it has pavement, a lot of it is a combo of gravel, dirt, ruts, pot holes, and two hairpin turns. Not a 'comfy' ride, but not impossible. No laundry at campground.7 months ago Twin Hollow Campground and Cabins
- Reggie33 ATV riding on the Hatfield McCoy trails right from the campground. I don't think there is much else to do in the area. If you have a diesel vehicle make sure you keep it full. Many area stations were out of diesel. Pretty great riding. Follow the instructions on the garbage, the bears are around.2 years ago Twin Hollow Campground and Cabins

“Shaded level sites”

Nice campground with great service. Very well maintained. Close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. This campground would have easily made a top score if it wasn't for the highway traffic noise....

“Nice little campground”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
We chose this campground because it was close to the Long Trail. This campground is small, gravel roads and pads, and has somewhat tight turns. It took a little time to get backed into our site. It is...

Tip for Other Campers:
Check out the local libraries for programs, we happened to catch an evening talk about Sasquatch, which was fun. There are small grocery stores in Dorset or a regular one in Manchester which is about 10 minutes away. Manchester is where you will find the gas stations but make sure you go after dropping your rig as they are small and pretty tight....

“Easy to book, easy check in, easy to park and set up. ”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
We only stayed for the night. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is that the sewer hook up was towards the front of our site in an inconvenient location. It's a small campground and seemed very quiet....
