We have a motorhome, but on the river side, there were several tents. Shady, short walk to water and good fishing. We had a supply of food with us, so we never needed supplies, but Cherokee is close and it is a beautiful city and drive. We would go again to this campground in a heartbeat....

Just up the hill (within walking distance) there is a convenience store with basic camping groceries and supplies. For a full grocery store, you will have to go into town....

That walk to the store is very steep and if you're a senior citizen I would drive....
