No. Rainbow Plantation is in a rural area with no sidewalks or safe shoulders for walking/biking. There is good shopping nearby, but it is a drive of anywhere from 8-12 miles depending on where you go. There is a nearby $ store, but again, only accessible by car. Gulf Shores SP is a good choice if you want to bike to stores and restaurants....

Not really, by bike they are 45 minutes to an hour away. Not sure you would want to bike that far. I know that I can't....
