Hi G97, we can do annual site agreements and yes we are open throughout the winter, we do require heated water hoses. The only thing is the campground can not be a permanent residence, so you can't live there year round....

Best to call the park directly. Polices can change. They do have long term sites, open in winter. It's not a trailer park, so has rules. If not the place, try some nice trailer parks....
