Overall Rating

Web site offers hot tub, none there, offers food, only on weekends and then only if the owner feels like it. Offers WiFi, nope unless you are right next to the office only. Offered fishing pond....

rams-2015 Delaware Sea Shore State Park to the north has a pet friendly beach as well as Fenwick Island State Park to the south; both within 5 miles. For great take-out food, look up Summer Salts Beach Grill in Bethany.

DLong3077 Make sure to use the second entrance into the base. The main gate no longer is open.

Pamela_717 Enter at 2nd gate by shack. RV sites are 2 locations, back-ins and pull throughs. Pull thru sites by pond and must drive to end of road and circle behind to pull thru. Water is a little rusty looking so might not want to drink.
