“Level sites, back-in only, nice park, local community is great.”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
This is a nice RV Park. Gulf Shores is a nice community (Restaurants and Walmart are close-by). Park is back-in only on a loop that is .5 miles around (for you walkers). The center of the loop is a...

I had an absolutely terrible meal (very expensive, horrible food) at Tacky Jacks 2 in Fort Morgan.

Site 6 is known as an overnighter site, yet we had a month long reservation. We discovered that the ground was unable to hold us level after releveling our Class C numerous times. Annoying for us, but...

Tip for Other Campers:
Take the ferry to Dauphin Island to explore Fort Gaines and the aquarium. There is a RV park on the island but you must access the island via bridge, not ferry.
Bike paths throughout the area, wonderful way to get around the commercial district or just for enjoying the neighborhoods
Tips from campers about Doc's RV Park
- Surfun2 We took the ferry at the end of the peninsula over to the island and enjoyed our day over there visiting their aquarium and bird sanctuary. We also did a lot of biking and camped later at Gulf Shores state park. You have to pay to go in for day use but its definitely worth it to bring your bikes and travel around.3 years ago Doc's RV Park

Gravel pads with a few trees. Nice open layout. Great pool. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. We camped at Doc's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park was fine. I lovely trees and easy to back into our space. WiFi was very good, able to stream a TV show. Not a place to hang out, but near to lots of beautiful beaches. Bathrooms were large...

Question:
We are planning to stay at Doc's next year in October and wanted to know if anyone who has stayed here have had any issues with insects particularly "stink bugs". We have stayed in various RV parks in Alabama this year and when in Prattville we encountered a real swarm of stink bugs that have been hard to get out of the RV. Thanks for any information....
