Tips from campers about Gulf Shores, AL
- rving4fun We spent the better part of a day going to the pony express museum, the Platee House museum and the Glore Psych museum. All are worth the time while in St. Joe4 years ago AOK Campground and RV Park
- TheCrusinCraigs The road to the park is dirt, hilly, and getting pretty rough. It is not super wide and the speed limit is 30 (IMO is too fast). But there are many locals that live along this road and will do 30. It is in need of re-grading with the addition of gravel. I presume this would be the counties responsibility so doubt the park has a say. So just go slow and watch for the pot holes and vehicles coming over the hills at 30 mph.4 months ago AOK Campground and RV Park
