Tip for Other Campers:
The Visitor Center for Wrangell-St. Elias National Park is about an hour's drive (note the V.C. Is not actually IN the park, but they had great facilities). Most of the area hiking is on ATV trails, which can be extremely muddy and rutted. Wild blueberry picking in the woods surrounding the campground in late July.
