Lots of Burros in the park, be careful not to speed.
Restaurant at marina was very reasonable and food was great...get the fish and chips

Tips from campers about Lake Pleasant Regional Park
- Kyraleis There is a bar with live music. Didnt try the food.
- Ventura Bill There are lots of stores in the area including a Costco, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.
- MS Vicki Thomas Drive up Hiway 74 about 3 miles and stop at the Outlook Restaurant,even if you don't eat there. The panoramic view is amazing on a clear day.

Nice area. Hiking, biking, fishing. We visited both Wickenburg and Peoria. We camped at Lake Pleasant Regional Park in a Motorhome.

The site was clean and so were the bathrooms and showers. We were unable to put our awnings out due to the proximity of the covered table. The marina restaurant was good although there was a wait....
