  kdani There are State parks in the area that have swimming. We took a day trip to Sackets Harbor and stopped at the Battlefield which was interesting. Also drove to Cape Vincent to see the lighthouse.

  Becker-4 The beaches at Southwick and Westcott were amazing - shallow super far out, GREAT swimming for kids. The Wehle State Park hiking trails, in particular the cliffside trail, were excellent.
