“Beautiful, Clean, Spacious Campground”
Nightly Rate: $80 USD
Cement RV pads. Lovely landscaping except palm trees needed trimming badly and many dead desert plants that should be replanted or at least removed. Room for RV but not much room for tow vehicle....

Tip for Other Campers:
Visited ANZA BORREGO SP, learned about OVERLAND BUTTERFIELD NHT AND SAW AN ORIGINAL ADOBE STATION IN Vallecita. Drove to Julian ,window shopped at interesting stores &purchased a berry apple pie from MOMS. Really enjoyed a STAR GAZING PARTY PUT ON BY THE SP. Toured the 100 SKYART METAL SCULPTURES scattered throughout the surrounding desert.
“Outstanding Stay”

This RV resort is truly a resort. Gorgeous landscaping, the sites are spotless and raked and the concrete pads are level. Each space has enough privacy that you dont feel on top of each other. Water...

Tip for Other Campers:
Locals eat at Carlees and we did too. There are a couple decent Mexican places and we had a really good meal at Red Ocotillo although the service was so-so. The state park has great hiking and the Galleta Meadows were some sort of funky; a must see.
