Tip for Other Campers:
If you have a casino card, the gas station (Shelees) also gives you an extra five cents off per gallon. We drove down to the Sultan Sea and visited Bombay Beach as well as slab city google them. They are worth the drive....

We stayed one night. There are 18 free dry spots. You can stay up to 7 nights for free. The Patton museum is great to visit. We camped at Chiriaco Summit Campground in a Travel Trailer.
