There are lots of long hikes available in the area.
We had two sites that shared a grassy area between them so it was great for our grandkids to play and run between us and their parents. NO Verizon service inside the park.

Tip for Other Campers:
Bring lots of food; tires chains; lots of thick jackets that will keep you warm when visiting during snowy days. If not, a sleigh for kids. Stop by Julian Pie to try their delicious pies while up there.
