“Stay in the more expensive area”
Nightly Rate: $95 USD
There are two sections. One is mud and gravel with very tightly spaced long term rvs and the other is paved large spaces. If you are not planning to stay for a long time the paved area is much nicer...

- JohnJayMack There are many great places to eat in Pleasanton, Livermore, and the surrounding areas. You are about 50 miles from San Francisco, and the Bart train provides a great way to get to SF without fighting traffic and parking. There are many great wineries over in Livermore for wine tasting.
- Xena Warrior Princess Lots of great restaurants down the street from the Rv park. Downtown Pleasanton is fun to walk around and enjoy too for a nice lunch or dinner. Great ice cream cones at The Creamery! Just a fun friendly place with beautiful surroundings.
- Patrick8200 San Francisco is about a 45 minute drive away and the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) stations are within a 10 minute drive. Pleasanton is a really nice town and the downtown area is walking/biking friendly and has tons of main street type shops. As we are full timers and move pretty much every week, I usually do most of my shopping at Walmart. It's helpful because I can get my usual products wherever we are across the country...except out here. The first "Super Center" I went into barely had any produce and one tiny section for meat. I was able to find a Neighborhood Walmart that although was scaled down, I was still able to get most of my normal groceries. If you're from outside of Cali, you'll need to bring your own reusable grocery bags or pay 10 cents per bag you use of theirs.

Ive stayed here many times and I feel each time the park is in worse shape. Besides the unevenly paved roads the sites are so narrow that my Class B barely fit in my site. My electrical was on the...

“The Wi-Fi rarely works! When it does, it's so slow that it's impossible to get anything done!”
Nightly Rate: $58 USD
The park is generally quite clean, although many visitors tend to leave behind some litter when they leave. I also feel that the prices are a bit higher than necessary, even though they do cater to a...
