“Very clean and well manicured landscaping ”
Looks beautiful. I stayed at the fairgrounds but wish I booked here. Spotless bathrooms and laundry. We visited 49er Village RV Community, no overnight stay.
“Overall a quiet and clean park, great for families.”

Tips from campers about 49er Village RV Community
- Duran The park does not allow dog fences, pens or e-collars, so be prepared to leash/tether your dogs (or cats I imagine). Walmart, groceries, hardware, fast food all about 3 miles away. The new Lunkers Lounge, just a mile up the road has live music on the weekends and was a really fun place.8 months ago Cutty's Okoboji Resort Club
- DenaM So many thing to do from classic cars, golfing, boating and places to shop and eat2 years ago Cutty's Okoboji Resort Club
- Geo19Irv_723 Spirit Lake is very nice. East side has very expensive homes. Fishing is good.2 years ago Cutty's Okoboji Resort Club

“Clean campground. Friendly helpful staff. Paved roads. Most sites paved.”
Nightly Rate: $58 USD
Site was fairly spacious. Some shade. Some sites were closer together than others. Grass area at site. Park was quiet. Small store and cafe. We camped at 49er Village RV Community in a Travel Trailer.

Recent changes include new blacktop and tables, which is good, but still not dog run anywhere, so walking in the park is now major black soot on both you and your dogs. Prepare to wash shoes and dogs...

Excellent place to bring kids. This month (October)on the weekends they have a site decorating contest, pumpkin carving contest, costume contest and trick or treating for the kids. For the adults there are a lot of wineries in the area, also a fabulous restaurant called taste in town.
