“Beautiful, new campground ”
Nightly Rate: $75 USD
Great carvel sites w/ concrete patio areas. Great dog parks. Just off I-70 so there is road noise. Friendly & helpful staff. We camped at Canyon View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

- Ponyx The drive to ouray on the million dollar highway is really nice.5 months ago La Plata County Fairgrounds
- sylvia delino 11th street station is a nice place for lunch/dinner downtown. Group of food trucks with nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy. Had live music when we visited.7 months ago La Plata County Fairgrounds
- Kelly_Stratton_10 Lots to do in town. The train ride to Silverton was wonderful and the drive to Ouray was amazing. The rec center next-door has showers for six dollars a day.7 months ago La Plata County Fairgrounds

Tip for Other Campers:
The area around Canyon View is building up, so expect lots of construction (housing and commercial). You can ride your bikes from Canyon View and access the bike lanes, but if you have a bike rack you really open up your options!
“Beautifully landscaped sites”
Nightly Rate: $75 USD
Large spacious sites, well planned out. Afternoon shade with every site. Beautiful views of the mountains. Close to shopping. Highly recommend. We camped at Canyon View RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
