“Great views of the lakes, a lot of fishing. ”
Nightly Rate: $41 USD
So much road noise from I25. Other than that, was a good place to land and have full hookups We camped at St. Vrain State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Try to get a site that is furthest away form I25, furthest to the west as possible

Lots of people catching fish and throwing them in the bank to die. Many people are living in this at state park and have old cars on jacks, mechanics equipment, and sites packed with their belongings....

- Jackie Shows Seabgo lake is close by to spend a day on the lake or beach. And of course the famous city of Portland is always a must see.3 years ago Acres Of Wildlife Campground

“Wonderful Lake Setting”
Nightly Rate: $40 USD
A clean and well maintained park. Site had a level concrete pad, high quality picnic table/benches, and steel shelter/windbreak. We camped at St. Vrain State Park in a Motorhome.

We enjoy staying here for convenience to Longmont and the Rockies.I cant wait until the bike path is complete so we can ride into Longmont. We camped at St. Vrain State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Great walking tours of town and brew pubs! Triple Ds has 2 restaurants to try out. I was disappointed in the Sprouts Market, but Whole Foods was fine for special dietary needs store.

“Great fishing and birding spot”

Campground right along I 25. Former gravel pits restored to ponds/wetlands. Great birding: white pelicans, gr blue herons, RW Blackbirds, C geese, ospreys, Gr horned owls and more. Good fishing....

Tip for Other Campers:
Longmont is a nice town just down the road. Has lots of restaurants, laundry facilities, pet vet. Windshield repair etc.
