“Close to town and local attractions. ”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
We spent over a month here and loved it. RV park was clean and staff was attentive. We camped at Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park in a Motorhome.
“Lots of Trees and tight sites!”
Nightly Rate: $76 USD
I could hardly open my sliders the site was so tight. Trees and bushes blocked us in and the back-in site was hard to get into because of both the trees and road angles.I would not stay here...

Tips from campers about Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park
- PDJ&TLJ If you like beer stop in for a tasting at Pelican Brewing. Their food is good too. They no longer let you drive on the beach from that location but down the road a mile is a beach access for cars.8 months ago Cape Kiwanda RV Resort
- RYostie Shopping and dining are within walking distance.8 months ago Cape Kiwanda RV Resort
- Capparilli Walk to the beach between 10:30 and 12:30 and watch the beaching of the dory fishing boats. Quite spectacular to watch. They come flying in on the sand as high as they can. Pelicans is a great brewery. We heard the burritos outside the park were great, but they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Just good to know. Drive North on the highway about 2 or 3 miles and you will find an opening to the beach that you can drive onto. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out on the mile or two available to cars.10 months ago Cape Kiwanda RV Resort

“Convenient location ”
Nightly Rate: $65 USD
This park is located close to many things Pagosa has to offer. Park is nothing special, some sites back to a ditch and a fence with condos behind which is not scenic. Other sites have a tree providing...
