“Easy access, views and restful”

An excellent spot. Be aware there are ruts and large dirt potholes to navigate in a travel trailer. We camped at Salida North Dispersed Camping in a Travel Trailer.

Please note that the road isn't the best so take it slowly there. More sites towards the end but it's say it's more for tents, vans, or small trailers.

Tip for Other Campers:
We drive a Toyota Tundra and tow a 32 grad design Drive slow and steady and take a chance to get away from the road. Use any flat area to park. This is popular with off roaders at the weekend so try to arrive mid week or early on a Friday.
