Be very careful driving in and arround Salida. There are deer wandering everywhere, and they apparently have no concern for silly humans or their vehicles.

“Breathtaking views”

The park was beautiful. The Mountain Views were breathtaking and the river ran along side the campground. Very clean, quiet and the amenities were great. We camped at Salida RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nightly Rate: $65 USD
Very nice park in right on the river. Paved roads with gravel sites. Clean and well kept with friendly and helpful staff. We camped at Salida RV Resort in a Motorhome.
