Doc Fords & Oyster Fish Co on Fishermans Wharf are both great. Snug Harbor at Fort Myers Beach is lovely with great waterfront dining. Edison & Ford Winter Estates great preorder tickets for the Inside House tours on Thursday.

Don't rent Site 218 unless you have a very small rv. Dont miss out on the Einstein and Ford Winter Estate. Really interesting and beautiful!

So many great things to do and restaurants to explore. Fort Myer's beach is great for beach time whereas Sanibel Island beaches are phenomenal for shell hunting. Favorite restaurants near Fort Myer's Beach include Dixie Fish Company, Doc Fords, Parrot Key, Yucatan Beach Stand (great grouper!), and so many more.

This is the second year I have stayed here, once before the hurricane. I returned out of desperation because another RV Park deal fell through. Road noise is the greatest complaint about this venue....

Nice place and fairly secure for a short stay to visit Sanibel Island. You can bike from here.
