Tip for Other Campers:
Very close to the seven mile bridge. There is a turtle hospital on Marathon that we hear is worth visiting. We didnt know about it until after we departed. 30 minute drive to Key West. There is a Publix on Marathon.

Tips from campers about Safe Harbor Marathon Marina & RV Resort
- Glenn & Becky Puckett Reservations are very difficult to get in the Keys in wintertime. If you plan to go there start looking a year in advance. Even then it will not be easy to find something. If you do find something it won't be cheap!!!
- Bobalooey Very close to the seven mile bridge. There is a turtle hospital on Marathon that we hear is worth visiting. We didnt know about it until after we departed. 30 minute drive to Key West. There is a Publix on Marathon.
- LForm Catch your own fish in one of the charter boats right at the docks that the resort is in, bring it to Lazy Days, the restaurant right there, and have them cook it for you. Ladies shop at DK Boutique in Key Colony! Visit the Design Showroom for ideas and furnishings. Visit the Turtle Hospital. 7 mile bridge is scheduled to open in early 2022- ride your bikes or walk/run it..
