The World Equestrian Center is nearby and it is spectacular! Even if you are not "into" horses, it is a must-see in the area. There are numerous natural springs in the area and many of the waterways are crystal clear.

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots of restaurants and parks within driving distance. The farthest we drove was about 1 hr to the 3 sisters springs park. The Santos bike trail was about 20 minutes away and is a really good paved bike trail.

Visit Silver Springs State Park! Glass bottom boats (do the 90 minute one)! Hiking and biking trails at Silver Springs too (about 15 minutes away). Crystal River area is wonderful as well, nice little town area with clean water water to look for Manatees!
