Tip for Other Campers:
We did the Get Up and Go Kayaking clear kayak eco tour of the Weeki Wachee River that leaves from the launch at the camp. It was awesome! See the mermaids at the State Park just down the road. History!
We had a great lunch at Upper Deck with beautiful views of the river and Rodgers Park.

Tip for Other Campers:
Go to Weeki Watchee to see the mermaids! Kayaking was fun, saw lots of manatees. Road ebikes all over the place. Area is still recovering from hurricanes some some parks and places are still closed.

Tip for Other Campers:
Don't use rvlife for directions once you're in the area; you'll end up on a private road which is very tight. Look for the big Mary's Camp sign. Enjoy the road to camp..it's part of the great time! Plenty of shopping nearby.

Tip for Other Campers:
Be careful if using the kayak launch ramp as the area is very very slippery. Check the tides before you go boating.
