“Beautifully maintained State Park”

Small campground, but well maintained with large sites. Ours overlooked the small lake where you can fish or canoe. They have canoes, kayaks and paddle boats for rent. I cannot cay enough about this...

Lots of trails to walk with your dog and several playgrounds and a splash pad for the kids.

Tip for Other Campers:
There are a number of gas stations about 6 miles away in Millan. They are not big rig friendly. I unhooked and went to fill up.

Well maintained, nice trails, civil war museum, friendly staff, fairly roomy campsites. We highly recommend this state park. We camped at Magnolia Springs State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
About 5 miles to Millen for any food items (Dollar General), fuel, etc. Small town, so not a lot of choices.
This park was hit by Hurricane Helene and there are lots of trees down in the woods, but campsites, buildings, etc., are all okay.

“Nice and well kept park”
Nightly Rate: $40 USD
Stayed at site 6 for 2 nights which is a pull thru and plenty long enough for our 40' Class A and truck. Despite a lot of rain was able to enjoy the trails and boardwalk. Went to Round's On Winthrope...
