Local brewery in Omaha is very good. Don't forget the trails at Providence State Park.

Make sure you bring what you need, there is almost no local shopping facilities.
The providence canyon state park is 8 miles away, is included with parking pass and a fun day trip
Omaha brewing is about 5 miles away to sample their products, be aware they close early.

Tip for Other Campers:
Lots of places to walk the dogs, but wear your waterproof shoes, and watch for alligators. The bath house was huge, also laundry available for 1.00 each washer and dryer.
