“Large spread out park. ”

Beautifully maintained park with large mostly private sites with lots of shade trees. We camped at Crooked River State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

“A beautiful campground ”

This park is very clean with well spaced campsites. There are trees and shrubbery dividing the sites to give you privacy. We camped at Crooked River State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

To get back into town for supplies is a little bit of a drive so its best to gather things before you park so you can enjoy your time I. The park

Not all campsites here have full hookups, but we were lucky enough to get a reservation for one. Our back-in site was plenty long enough for our 40-foot motorhome and tow vehicle. All the connections...

Tip for Other Campers:
Jekyll Island (Driftwood Beach) and Fort Frederica National Monument are both worth a daytrip. Locals Dockside had excellent seafood, and historic St Marys is a cute little town.

St Marys has some decent restaurants and shops. Easy access to Cumberland island
