Tip for Other Campers:
Across the street is a Native American (Nez Perce historical site. Was a nice walk over and through the site as well as a visit to the river.
For the rock hounders, just east of the park is Bruce's Rocks. He has two spots there, one for rough and polished rocks, another for rocks mounted in Jewelry.

This campground is the great standard KOA. It looks like it is converted for an older campground. It is close to grocery stores and the Tap Room (do not miss this stop; the locals are great folks)....
