The Waterpark was not open for the season but looks like it will be fun in the spring! Logans Roadhouse is not too far away and has great food. (Ate there 4 times in a week lol) the riverwalk is very nice and we like the world was 2 Landin ship museum very much.

All the rough roads and train tracks coming in are not fun but doable.
Tips from campers about Burdette Park
- clifton brigdon Don't miss visiting the ghost town of Mogollon (pronounced "Muggy Yon") and the Catwalk in Glenwood. Well worth the walk at the Catwalk. Pack a lunch for the picnic area, it's serene. Make sure to bring plenty of cool drinkable water. There's no potable water at all three places.3 years ago Cosmic Campground

- Chuck_993 Alma and Glenwood are short drives and have general stores if low on supplies. During the day, go and visit the Catwalk and mining ghost town of Mogollon. Note on Mogollon: It is a 9 mile, 2,500 ft climb from the valley floor. While the 9 mile road is paved, the last 5 miles are single lane with a multitude of blind corners and sheer drops.11 months ago Cosmic Campground

Upon arriving to the park, we really did not know where to go. I recommend anybody not go to where the initial sign is but to go past it on the main road and go up to the next entry. Its much closer....
