The Volksweg Trail is a very nice paved bike/walking trail. It is 17 miles long. Visit Jaarsma Bakery in Pella. Everything there is great!

“Great camping along bike path”

Lovely quiet campground along Des Moines River, just below the dam of Lake Red Rock. Adjacent to the Volksweg Bike Trail. We camped at Howell Station in a Motorhome.
