  CtW HOOAH Definitely pay attention to directions to enter base may differ from your GPS. Be prepared for traffic, but downtown parking was relatively easy. Many things to do and see based on your interests. Many great restaurants we highly recommend Magnolias (Fried green tomatoes a must), Tommy Condons Irish Pub (Fish & Chips), and Gaulart & Maliclet Fast and French (Brunch)

  Mustang4cno The old Charleston naval base is not far away. Truly recommend Momos restaurant there. Great views, terrific food, delicious cocktails!

  Cody Sims Only about 25 minute drive to downtown. There are plenty of amenities off base close by.
