Tips from campers about Brooks, KY
- Retired CSI Guy The Bourbon trail and Churchill Downs(Kentucky Derby) are the main draw. Highly recommend the tour of Churchill Downs, and the Kentucky Derby museum. Theres 18 distilleries on the trail throughout the area. We hit Buffalo Trace, Old Forrester and Makers Mark. All three were fun but Old Forrester on Main St(Bourbon Row) downtown was the most informative about the actual history of Bourbon and the process of making it.6 months ago Brooks RV Park
- BrandonRushing Theres an intersection off the interstate getting to the park (just after train tracks) that is a tight four way stop - need to take wide, if big rig, as there is a big pothole right off the road.1 year ago Brooks RV Park
- dorrell007 Bourbon trail was our focus. Some an hour away but many within 30 minutes.2 years ago Brooks RV Park
