If you want to get away from it all, it is a good place to stay. Camp store host is very friendly and helpful. We camped at Camp on the Kentucky RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Camp on the Kentucky RV Park and Campground
- Hiwaysbyways If you're going to visit Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge, stay closer to town because this place is a very long way out of town.
- wadebbi Go into Newport to get groceries, urgent care, drug store, or a regular priced meal.
- Chaps_out_camping Both downtown Gatlinburg, and pigeon Forge are convenient. I would recommend a drive-through smoky Mountain national Park, and Cades Cove. If youre looking for some places to hike, there are plenty along these two routes!

If you want to get away from it all, literally. Nice and quiet. The pull thru sites don't have sewer. We camped at Camp on the Kentucky RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
It would have been great to have a kayak. There is boat access to the river right there, but no swimming. If you want to tour any of the horse farms or distilleries, make sure you book reservations in advance....
