- Al&Colleen We had a slide cable break while there and the office recommended an RV tech. On the Way Mobile RV Repairs. Chris was was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was great! We ate Boudin and Cracklins at Rabideaux's. The cracklins are ridiculously expensive and really weren't worth it to us. The boudin was good. We also went to the Rum Distillery right down the road. Beautiful place with tours, a gift shop and of course different rums. You could do a tour or a tasting or both.4 months ago Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney

Clean level site. Easy to get to the campground from hwy. Only stayed one night as just a stopover on the way to Galveston. We camped at Lake Charles RV Resort by Rjourney in a Motorhome.
