Tip for Other Campers:
15 miles from New Orleans and 40 mins from Baton Rouge. Laplace has a workers needs, such as food, shopping and laundry mats.

Tips from campers about LaPlace Riverside RV Park
- Cbors There is a well stocked grocery store next door and their are other shops one block up.3 years ago Lava Hot Springs West KOA
- Jthurn If you have river tubes bring them. If not you can rent them in town. There is a ice cream shop, grocery store and places to eat close by (walking distance) There is a swimming pool with slides next door. Tip for Other Campers:
Walmart is a little over 2 miles away. Home Depot is about 1 mile. I would highly recommend Frenier Landing (LaPlace), Off The Dock Seafood (LaPlace), Portside Seafood (St Rose), The Seafood Pot (New Sarpy), & Middendorf's Seafood (Akers). Take a tour with Cajun Pride Swamp Tours while you're there.
