Tips from campers about Grand Isle Campground
- Catherine Wertz Long paved bike/walking path through the recreation area. Took the Historic rail trail, which was gravel, to Hoover dam. This was a cool ride, going through 5 tunnels and overlooking Lake Mead. You have to park your bike above the dam and walk about .5 Mile down. Overall 13 miles round trip.2 years ago Lake Mead RV Village
- RVQ You will want to have a National Park Pass for ease of entry into the Lake Mead Park. Many, many miles of beauty here! Valley of Fire State Park is a must see!2 years ago Lake Mead RV Village
- donpen Decent restaurants within 15 minutes. Very short drive to Hoover dam for a tour. About 45 minutes to an hour from Las Vegas.2 years ago Lake Mead RV Village
