Tip for Other Campers:
Use the island explorer busses to get around the area as parking is limited and hard to find for larger vehicles. We visited Acadia and Bar Harbor as well as Schoodic Peninsula.

Tip for Other Campers:
The traffic light at the entrance/exit of the campground was its best feature considering the crazy traffic on Rt 3. Worth every penny in aggravation avoidance. Get your reservations for driving Cadillac Mountain exactly at 10AM two days before you wish to go or you are not going. Sunrise reservations are near impossible to get.

“Convenient to Acadia, Bar Harbor and shopping. ”
Nightly Rate: $74 USD
Bus service to the park was very nice to have. Roads and sites gravel with grass yards. We camped at Narrows Too Camping Resort in a Motorhome.
