Close to New Brunswick, Canada, beautiful rural area. Lots of farmland. Long Lake is gorgeous.
Stock up on groceries, its a very small town. Fort Kent has a decent sized grocery store.
Nice playground.
Peaceful, beautiful views, playground, pet friendly. A great place to unwind.

Go to Fort Kent to see the First Mile monument to US 1 which goes all the way to Key West, FL. You can cross into Canada there as well.

This is one of the northernmost campgrounds in Maine that has direct access to the multitude of ATV/UTV trails. Its a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food & drinks...
