“Typical Fairgrounds ”
Nightly Rate: $35 USD
New bath house is great. Large quantity of spots available as it was the end of their season. We camped at Wayne County Fairgrounds & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
The park has good nearby shopping. About 1/2 hour to The Henry Ford museum. About 45 minutes to downtown Detroit.

- MattSchmidtAPR Easy access to Indianapolis. Definitely not worth the price. Have stayed at much better campgrounds for half of the price.2 years ago S & H Campground
- Aezaea Big hill to get up to our site - #134. That site was good for an overnight - but not any longer - was small, right by road and streetlight. Other2 years ago S & H Campground

Great location to park if visiting Henry Ford Museum. Lots of services nearby. You arent here for the onsite ambiance.

The Fairgrounds are located close to Detroit so there are things to do in the area and sometimes the Fairgrounds will have craft, antique, dog and horse shoes, so the traffic in and out can get busy.
