Tip for Other Campers:
I was able to rent a fishing boat at Sha Sha Resort on Rainy Lake for $80 for the entire day. Cheapest price I have found by far and the lake is spectacular. (Don't ask if I caught any fish) lol

“AWESOME Park, Gotta love gnats And mosquitoes”
Nightly Rate: $26 USD
This is a fabulous park, but the gnats and mosquitoes are ruthless the first week of August. Make sure you bring your pesty bug Defense system. We did, and was able to manage them inside our campsite....

Tip for Other Campers:
Bring bug spray. Big falls is small. International Falls is some 30 miles north along the Rainy River and near Voyageurs Nat. Park entrance.

One of the best parks we have ever stayed in rocks and falls in park trees trimmed making it easy to park
