While it took time, we’re glad the provider was able to resolve it, and we’re actively working to ensure more reliable service moving forward. We also appreciate your comments on amenities and activities—we're expanding our offerings to include more games, classes, and live entertainment throughout the season. We understand your concerns about limited mail services and pool heating changes and are reviewing both to better meet guest expectations. While we can’t control the natural conditions or nearby roads, we understand how that can affect your overall experience. Safety is very important to us, and we always encourage guests to use caution when crossing the highway. Our “waterfront” sites are described based on their proximity to the coast, and we do our best to set accurate expectations in our listing.
