“ Noisy due to train noises, horns etc about 6 times un the night”

A little hard to find
“Nice clean park”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Although the sites are relatively close we found this park centrally located in Independence to enable us to walk to the Harry Trump home. Did not like the proximity to the loud train traffic though....

- fightanhgirl NOTHING to do here, town of Brinkley is small with no amenities. There is no bathhouse/shower facilities. There is a tornado shelter. Site 17 is nice because your campsite faces a wooded area. The campground itself was well maintained with good signage, roomy sites and easy access in and out. Two dumpsters on property. There is no real place to walk your dog except for the edges on the property. There is a field beside the campground by the entrance, but I didn't feel comfortable taking my dog there.6 months ago Dub'l R RV Park

“Very good location”
Nightly Rate: $50 USD
Nice level cement pad. We were in #4. Great water and sewer. Good for a couple of nights. Location 5 mins from Truman Museum Library. We camped at Campus RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
