There are a large number of geocaches in the park for those who enjoy geocaching. My wife and I enjoyed the Mark Twain museum in Hannibal and the antique stores in Perry. When looking for a site, recreation.gov has detailed information on every site including a picture of the site, whether site is full hoookup or not, and how level the site is.

Well spaced sites. Easy to navigate for a 31 5th wheel. Plenty of shade, great roads. We camped at Ray Behrens in a Fifth Wheel.
