“Would be a pretty park in the summer”

Had a funeral in St Joseph so this made for a nice 3 night stay. Sites are very close together any many appear to be full time residents. Has a pool (closed for winter) and play area for the kids....

Platte City is about 7 miles away on two-lane roads with small shoulders in some places. Kansas City offers many things and opportunities for entertainment and dining.

Q39 BBQ, Platte City for basic fast food/gas. DO NOT follow GPS to the Mexico City Road exit/on-ramp as the roads are absolutely awful and bumpy. Use the Platte City / Route 92 exit instead. Use Faithful RV for RV tech needs 813-717-8444

Pull through are the way to go. Definitely make a trip for Ice Cream. The pizza smelled incredible.
