- Lew S. The nearest place for shopping and restaurants is Joplin. There are one or 2 restaurants in Sarcoxie but we didn't try them. The RV park has a big sign in white letters on the roof of the main building saying just RV PARK, nothing about Beagle Bay, but it's the only one in the area. Sites were spacious with fire pit & picnic table. Near I44, but noise wasnt intrusive.Pull thru FHU site. Ours (#4) had parking for an extra car at no additional charge. Lady who met us was very nice....
